Public Comments: Build a stilt house on Lot 36 for a captivating view of the salt marsh to the south and east. At high tide, the lot is probably waterfront but the water may not be navigable. Bird life is plentiful and colorful--from sparkling white Snowy Egrets, American Egrets and White Pelicans to subdued blue-grey Great Blue Herons and white-headed Brown Pelicans to shimmering rose-colored Roseate Spoonbills. You'll be located near the end of the road in a very private subdivision. Deed restrictions may apply, but there is no homeowners association and there are no HOA dues. For a larger tract, ask about both Lots 35 and Lot 37. Streets from here to downtown allow golf carts all the way.
