Legal Description: LOT 35, CEDAR KEY SHORES ADDITION, a replat of a portion of Tract A of Cedar Key Shores, Unit 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 65, public records of Levy County, Florida. Together with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress over and across Tract "E".
Directions: Driving from downtown Cedar Key, go west to G Street and turn right. Turn left at Whiddon Avenue in front of Cedar Key School. Turn right at Gulf Blvd. Turn left at Hodges Avenue. Turn left at Museum Drive. When you cross Anna Street, you will see a stone pillar ahead and on the left with the letters "CKSA". Lot 35 begins about 100 feet after the curve and runs along the street for 100 feet. It ends at the painted fence at the end of the street. Look for the CEDAR KEY REALTY, INC. sign.
Public Comments: Build a stilt house on Lot 35 for a captivating view of the salt marsh to the south and east. At high tide, Gulf waters come across the marsh grass but may not be navigable. Bird life is plentiful and colorful--shimmering white Snowy Egrets, American Egrets and White Pelicans, along with subdued blue-grey Great Blue Herons and white-headed Brown Pelicans plus rose-colored Roseate Spoonbills. You'll be located near the end of the road in a very private subdivision. Deed restrictions may apply, but there is no homeowners association and there are no HOA dues. For more land, consider buying Lots 36 and 37 too. Streets from here to downtown allow golf carts all the way.
