Over 400 ft of paved road frontage makes this a great choice for your new home. Just outside town but close enough to enjoy all of Steinhatchee's amenities. Just minutes to several boat ramps and the best fishing and scalloping on Florida's west coast. No HOA but there is a modest maintenance fee of $75 annually to grade the limerock roads in the subdivision. Very few properties like this one left. Don't hesitate to call now.
